The EURAXESS Japan European Research Day is an annual flagship event that welcomes researchers, bureaucrats, embassy personnel, entrepreneurs and the general public who would like to widen their horizon and network outside their own circles. While previous European Research Days introduced researchers in various disciplines and highlighted EU-Japan collaborations, the focus this time is on European countries and research & innovation highlights, Japan-related collaborations and funding opportunities.

The event, which is open to everyone and is free of charge, will feature three main elements: country introductions, funding opportunities, networking.

  • celebrate the very best European research and innovation has to offer;
  • find Horizon Europe funding opportunities that spur innovation and trigger investment;
  • networking dinner reception with European citizens living in Japan, including but not limited to the research, business and public administration communities.
