Funding

Members can promote own events themselves by sending an invitation through the club's mailing list.

JSPS Club members may apply for the BRIDGE Fellowship.

The JSPS Club supports activities of their members with the FWADJ fond.

Members of the JSPS Club have the right to apply for the organization of a JSPS Bonn Japanese-German Colloquium together with a partner from Japan. The call is organized by JSPS Bonn Office and JSPS Club in cooperation. The event is financially supported by JSPS.

The JSPS Club supports activities of their members with grants for the organization of conferences and other third parties who act in terms of the Club’s statutes.

The JSPS Club mentors and advises scientist from German-speaking countries and Japan during their research period abroad.

In the event of desasters in Japan, the JSPS Club collects donations for the reconstruction of scientific institutions.
