The European Researchers' Night Japan 2022 (ERN) is a flagship event of EURAXESS Japan and its partners. It is designed as a platform for researchers, innovators, practitioners, and professionals from across Japan to showcase their latest research achievements, and explore collaboration and networking opportunities with other participants. At this event, you will have the opportunity to hear presentations by European academics and professionals about "Society 5.0", each talk featuring different perspectives and disciplines. After the talks, join us for a lively roundtable discussion and participate in the networking session. 

MORE ABOUT SOCIETY 5.0:
Japan has its particular challenges and Society 5.0 aims to tackle several of these by going far beyond the digitalization of the economy and aims to permeate all levels of Japanese society. Society 5.0 is also depicted as an evolution in five societal stages: hunting, agrarian, industrial, information and super-smart, aka Society 5.0.
