Executive Board

The Executive Board consists of a maximum of 9 members: chairman, treasurer and up to 7 directors with other responsibilities. The Executive Board is elected every two years by the general assembly which is conducted annually. It takes place in April or May, following the German-Japanese symposium which is being organized jointly by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science.
